Figure it out fridays
A 40 year old female presented to her primary care physician for her routine annual checkup and was noted to have abdominal distention. The patient had been experiencing early satiety and heat intolerance. Physical examination was significant for orthostatic hypotension and an immobile, non-tender abdominal mass. CT scan findings and surgical findings were as seen in the images.
