Figure it out fridays
22 year-old woman was admitted to the ED with 3 day history of abdominal pain. No history of bowel or urinary symptoms, no surgical history. Examination revealed palpable hypogastric mass, diffused abdominal tenderness and guarding. Hb 9 g/dl. CT scan a non homogenous mass in the pelvis, bowel loops in the left upper quadrant. Laparotomy was performed.
What is the most probable diagnosis?
