88 year old female with history of COPD was hospitalized and treated for CAP. Before discharge she was complaining of right lower quadrant pain. Examination showed pain at McBurney’s point. WBC count was high and CT scan as shown. Laparoscopy showed the above finding.
What is the most likely diagnosis?
