Figure it out fridays

A 36-year-old female was admitted to the ER for right side pain of the abdomen and chest as well as shortness of breath and drowsiness for the last few hours. She has history of iron deficiency anemia requiring blood transfusion, infertility and 2 abdominal surgeries. She was hypotensive, normocardiac with pale skin. Chest x-ray showed pleural effusion on the right side. One litre of haemorrhagic fluid from pleural cavity was drained in the ER followed by CT scan. She was stabilized but 2 days later she collapsed and was taken for urgent intervention and right side minithoracothomy was carried out. Findings are shown in the image.
