Figure it out fridays 

67 year old male with history of DM, HTN, and renal impairment presented with an incidental finding of RIF mass during follow up of his BPH. He denied pain, change in bowel habits of any other symptoms. After examination, lab tests, and imaging (shown above), he underwent exploratory laparotomy, the 15 cm mass shown was removed. What is the diagnosis?
