A 43-year-old male was admitted to the trauma center due to traffic accident in car. He was diagnosed with grade III traumatic aortic injury and underwent emergent graft interposition. 10 days after the initial trauma, a bulging space was found reaching from the left groin and thigh to the side of the left thigh and lower left back. He underwent USS guided percutaneous drainage removing 500 cc of serous fluid. Failure of drainage required eventually open debridement and patient was discharged on the 10th postoperative day. What is the diagnosis?
