A 22 year old female presented with left lower quadrant and hypogastrium abdominal pain. Examination found a palpable, tender mobile mass in the lower abdomen. Labs showed hypochromic microcytic anemia and leukocytosis with elevated ESR. CT scan showed well circumscribed mass as shown. Exploratory laparotomy was performed and peroperative findings are shown above. What is the diagnosis?
